Ingredients:
*4 cup broccoli florets
*4 eggs
*1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
*4 bacon strips, cooked
*3/4 cup mayonnaise
*1/4 cup red onion, sliced
*1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
*1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
*2 tbsp swerve sweetener
*3 tbsp white vinegar
*salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Into a bowl toss broccoli, red onion, walnuts, eggs, cheddar cheese, bacon, and pumpkin seeds.
