  • 1 cup sugar

  1. Roll ½ half of pie dough to 1/8 in-thick circle on a floured surface.
  2. Transfer to a 9-in. pie plate.
  3. Trim pastry with rim; flute edge
  4. Refrigerate it for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Leave remaining pie dough refrigerated.
  6. Preheat oven to 400°.
  7. Mix up sugar, lemon juice, blueberries, tapioca and salt.

  16. Place on an un-greased baking sheet.
  17. Bake for 5-10 minutes at 350 unless golden brown.
  18. Remove wire rack to cool.
