1/4 cup powdered erythritol
3/4 cup butter
1/2 lime, juice
lime zest
red currants

Instructions:
1. Place silicone liners inside a muffin tin and preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. Beat the eggs and swerve sweetener together in a bowl.
3. Include the vanilla essence and melted butter.
