Ingredients:
* 1 cauliflower, medium
* 8 oz cream cheese
* 1/2 cup sour cream
* 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
* 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
* 1/2 onion, small
* 2 tsp garlic powder
* 2 tsp paprika
* 4 strip bacon, cooked
* 1/2 cup green onion, chopped
* salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Cook the cauliflower florets in a pot of water over medium heat for ten minutes, or until they are soft. After draining, set aside the water.
2. Cook bacon until it’s done. Chill, cut, and reserve.

4. Combine the cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar, mozzarella, onion, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl and stir until well blended.
